About Us

The owner, Neal Prochoren is a licensed C-54 Tile & Stone contractor and also a licensed B General contractor. Starting very young with his father and brothers, he renovated a 1970's log cabin in Big Bear, CA. Hanging doors, fixing leaky pipes, painting, staining, insulating, chinking logs, and wood replacement/repair were some of the many things he learned.

Neal graduated high school from El Toro High School in 1996 and got a job assisting in home remodels for an Orange County-based construction company. His responsibilities included: disconnecting old sinks, removing old showers and counter tops, cutting and installing new plywood rough tops, cutting, fabricating, and installing granite, tiling floors, tiling showers, tiling fireplaces, drywall, floating shower floors, connecting new sinks, installing jacuzzi tubs, installing shower valves, waterproofing, moving gas lines, relocating plumbing, installing windows, installing cabinets, repairing cabinets, removing walls, setting beams, framing, helping design, and much much more.
